Almond paste<\/p>\n

Cristina’s grandmother used to make delicious treats with almond paste, known in Tuscany as \u2018brutti ma buoni\u2019 (ugly but tasty). The almond paste is combined with hazelnuts and given a rustic shape, which conceals the exquisite flavor of each cookie.<\/p>\n
