We produce biscuits.

Our company is focused by homemade biscuits, such as Cantuccini (tipical biscuits from Tuscany), so much types such as from classic with almonds, until the innovative with cacao mass and pistachios; Paste Frolle (buttershortbread); Amaretti; Pasta di mandorle (almond paste).

Production is carried out in a small village in the Tuscan mountains, between Cutigliano and Abetone, about 900 meters above sea level. A place where life still has connotations of simplicity, a rural environment where they still live the values ​​and tastes of the past. Nature makes its slow progress. In this context we are granted the ingredient: fresh air and spring water!
